Morrisville State College and Time Warner Sports of
Central New York have reached an agreement to televise the Mustangs football game against New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) opponent, Kean University, on Saturday, October 25 at 1 p.m. on Drake Field.
The broadcast can be seen exclusively on Time Warner Sports for Time Warner Cable audiences from Albany to Buffalo and Binghamton to the Canadian border. For the local Syracuse broadcast, viewers can see the game live on Time Warner Sports Channel 26.
"We're really excited about having Time Warner back on campus. They do a great job and their presence on campus inherently adds a lot of
excitement to the day's game. We're very proud of all things happening at Morrisville and having Time Warner here represents a great vehicle for spreading the word about the college," Greg Carroll, Director of
Athletics, said. "We are very excited to have this chance to have others be part of our transition to the NCAA."
Morrisville State enters its third year as a provisional member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Division III in 2008.
Upon successful completion of the provisional period, Morrisville State
will be a candidate for full accreditation as a member of the NCAA.
