From Jordan to Paradise: Jordan Soaps, Herbs & Spices sets up shop in Syracuse
03/15/10Neither Maureen Doyle or Shelley Brim, proprietors of Jordan Soaps, Herbs & Spices, can remember just how their partnership began.
Much like their first weekend at Paradise Market, the conception of their business venture was a whirlwind partly inspired by the inheritance of an old friend’s soapmaking hobby.
“The next thing you know, poof! I’m making soap, and she’s doing herbs and spices,” laughed Brim.
After three years in the arts and crafts show circuit, the pair began looking for a more permanent retail space...
