The Baldwinsville Volunteer Center (BVC) held the 48th annual Man and Woman Volunteer of the Year awards dinner last Saturday in which last year's recipients, Norma Goodman and John O'Neill, introduced this year's recipients. A charming aspect of the event is recipients do not know they are being honored until the list of volunteer activities they have participated in and their names are announced.
