Martha E. Conway 01/21/09More articles
The New York State Police in Oneida have charged a 50-year-old Chittenango man with first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, a class B felony, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Police say David D. Domres of 1006 Tuscarora Road engaged in an ongoing course of sexual conduct with at least two juvenile females for several years while the children ranged in age from five to 13 years old.

Domres was arraigned before Chittenango Village Court Judge Christina Sudol and remanded to the Madison County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond. He was scheduled to appear in Sullivan Town Court Jan. 6.

State police were assisted in the investigation by Madison County Child Protective Services and the Madison County District Attorney’s Office.
