Clay: Dougherty wins primary

John Dougherty has defeated David Stewart for the Republican nomination for Second District County Legislator.
Unofficial results have Dougherty receiving 86 percent of the vote for the seat, which was formerly held by the late Bernie Kraft.
Stewart will still run for the seat on the Conservative and Independence Party lines.
