Maj. Gen. Joseph J. Taluto, The Adjutant General for the State of New York, announces the promotion of Stephan Storrs, member of the New York Army National Guard, in recognition of his capability for additional responsibility and leadership. Storrs, who hails from Baldwinsville and serves with the 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, was promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant.
