Rescue Mission donation centers go to winter hours

staff reports 11/05/09
The Rescue Mission’s eight Syracuse area donation centers are going to winter hours of 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. every day effective Nov. 1.

Clothing and household goods should be dropped off during operating hours, when staff members are available to protect donations, issue receipts and express thanks on behalf of the Rescue Mission.

The Rescue Mission urgently needs shoes as well as winter coats, hats, gloves, sweaters and boots, which may be dropped off at any of its donation centers or thrift stores. For the addresses of donation centers or stores, visit rmsyr.org or call 453-7242.
