Prior to the accident, a witness reported seeing the vehicle in the city of Syracuse driving erratically, and attempted to follow Henson while reporting the odd road behavior to the 911 Center. After approaching the accident, the witness then reported the location to 911. Jamesville Fire Department assisted at the scene.
According to officials, the investigation is continuing.
