
Matthew Larkin is a member of the Torts and Products Liability Defense and Professional Liability Practice Areas and resides in the firm’s Syracuse office. He focuses his practice on complex tort, products liability and professional malpractice litigation. Larkin has extensive jury trial and appellate experience representing individuals and businesses in matters ranging from New York State Labor Law suits and products liability cases to catastrophic personal injury litigation and professional liability claims. He has presented and written on trial tactics and litigation issues and has appeared as a legal commentator and analyst on Court TV. Larkin is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law and Rochester Institute of Technology.
He joined the Firm in March 2006 and was previously a partner in the New York City office of Cozen O’Connor. Before that Larkin served as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County, New York.
