Winners of the 2010 Y94FM’s “Best of the Burbs” contest were named based upon consumer feedback and voting. Y94FM radio listeners all over Central New York had the opportunity to register their choices during the month of May, when voting polls were open. Central New Yorkers chose Spa On The River Inc as the winner in the “Best Hair Salon” category, thanks to the variety and excellence of services, superior products, relaxing atmosphere and outstanding professionalism and performance of the Spa’s designers and staff.
