BPL Friends present: New York State’s Water Thruway

Sue Ellen McManus, Baldwinsville Historian, will tell the story of the Barge Canal, New York State’s “Water” Thruway at 10 a.m. Thursday Oct. 21 in the Community Room of the Baldwinsville Public Library, 33 E. Genesee St. in the village.

Meetings of Friends of the Library are held through May, except in December. A full schedule of meetings and information about the organization is available at the circulation desk of the library. Membership is $5 per year and a dollar donation per meeting is requested. The monthly program is preceded by a business meeting and refreshments. Nonmembers are always welcome.
