Gayle Bouchard, December 21st, 2006

Gayle N. Bouchard, 59 Eastern Star member Gayle N. Bouchard, 59, of Kirkdale Drive, formerly of the Sherrill area, died Dec. 21, 2006 at her residence after being stricken with an apparent coronary attack at her home. Born in Norwich on Jan. 29, 1947, she was the daughter of James F. and Patricia Male Sr. A resident of the area for many years, Gayle was a graduate of Vernon-Verona-Sherrill High School and the Central City Business Institute. She married Richard J. Bouchard in Sherrill on Aug. 9, 1969. Mrs. Bouchard was employed with the Internal Revenue Service as an executive secretary. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Silver Star Chapter 21 and was of the Methodist faith. Surviving besides her husband, Richard, are one son, Elliot Bouchard of Dale City, Va.; two daughters, Michelle Bouchard of Dale City, Va. and Suzanne Bouchard of Triangle, Va.; two brothers, James F. King Jr. and his companion, Pamela Folmar of Corning and Brian King of Sherrill; one grandchild, Madlyn Bouchard and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services: 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 23 from the Campbell-Dean Funeral Home, Inc., 260 Main St., Oneida, with the Rev. Maryann Anderson officiating. Interment: Valley View Cemetery. Calling hours: 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 22 at the funeral home.
