10/23/09 Hazelmyer, Regis A.
Regis A. Hazelmyer, age 51, of Liverpool, passed away Friday Oct. 23, 2009 surrounded by her family at Francis House after a strong courageous battle with cancer.
Surviving are her husband Thomas, three daughters, Tiffany Gallagher, Summer Barber and Stephanie Titus, a son Thomas A. Hazelmyer, her mother Carmella Brown of Chittenango, her father Richard Kriesel of San Diego, two brothers Richard and Robert Kreisel, sisters-in-law Debbie Ludwig and Brenda (Hazelmyer) Zimmer, brother-in-law Alan Hazelmyer, seven grandchildren, several nieces and nephews
Funeral services: 10 a.m. Tuesday Oct. 27 in St. Johns Church, 8290 Soule Road, Liverpool with interment to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours: 4 to 7 p.m. Monday Oct. 26 at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 Rt. 31, Baldwinsville.
