10/30/09 Langdon, Dorothy C.
Dorothy C. Langdon, 93, of Liverpool, passed away Friday Oct. 30, 2009. She was born in Topeka, Kansas. Dorothy was a graduate of Syracuse University and worked as a registered nurse for the Syracuse University Infirmary and retired from Crouse Hinds. She was a member of King of Kings Lutheran Church and a active member of its Bible Study group and the Lunch Bunch. She was an avid fan of SU Sports and the New York Yankees. Her husband of 58 years Jack died in 2000.
Surviving are her son John (Linda) Langdon of North Syracuse, grandchildren, Scott Langdon of CA, Todd (Amy) Langdon of NC, Kim (Joe) Steward of North Syracuse, great-grandchildren Richie Piper and Alexis Steward, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services: 11 a.m. Wednesday Nov. 4 in King of Kings Lutheran Church. Calling hours will be 4-7 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 3 at the Maurer Funeral Home 300 Second St., Liverpool. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Memorial Fund of King of Kings Lutheran Church 8278 Oswego Road, Liverpool, NY 13090.
