10/26/09 Daniels, Charles A.
Charles A. “Chuck” Daniels 74 of Warners passed away Monday Oct. 26, 2009, at home. Born in Memphis, he was a life resident of the town of Van Buren. Chuck was a heavy equipment operator with the Town of Van Buren Highway Department retiring in 1997 after 32 years.
He was a life member and past president of the Elbridge Rod and Gun Club. Chuck enjoyed camping and family picnics.
Surviving are his wife of 46 years Joyce, daughters Lee Ann (Joe) Stillman, Theresa (John) Newvine, and Elaine (Nathan) Chambers, brothers Kenneth H. and Howard G Daniels, 6 grandchildren Erin, Samuel, Andrew, Chuck, Eddie and Cody, and nieces and nephews.
Services: 11 a.m. Thursday Oct. 29 at the Bush Funeral Home, Elbridge. Private burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. Calling hours: 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday Oct. 28 at the funeral home, 120 E. Main St. (Route 5) Elbridge.
