11/02/09 VanWie, Frances K.
Frances K. VanWie, 94, of Baldwinsville, passed away Monday Nov. 2, 2009, at her home. She was a member of the Lamson Grange for over 70 years and a former member of the Lysander United Methodist Church. She was Secretary / Treasurer for the Lysander Cemetery for over 43 years. She was pre-deceased by her Husband, Edward L. who died in 1998.
Surviving: Three daughters, Ardys (James) Williams of Baldwinsville, Joyce (Richard) Nixon of Liverpool and Darice (Howard) Schremph of Camden; three grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services: 11 a.m. Friday Nov. 6 at Gates Funeral Home, Inc., Burial will be in Lysander Cemetery. Calling hours: 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday Nov. 7 at the funeral home, 29 W. Genesee Street, Baldwinsville.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Syracuse Home Association, 7740 Meigs Road, Baldwinsville, N.Y 13027.
