11/04/09 Wicks, Albert Nelson
Albert Nelson Wicks, 66, of Green Road, formerly of Syracuse, passed away Wednesday Nov. 4, 2009 at Community Memorial Hospital, Hamilton.
He was born July 6, 1943 in Watertown, a son of the late Albert L. and Ida Rose Barkley Wicks and received his education in local schools. Albert was a Syracuse resident, moving to Hubbardsville in 1997.
Surviving are three sisters, Barbara J. Unger and Diane L. Utter, both of Syracuse, and Sandra Wells of Ontario, NY; a brother, Clarence J. DeLosh of Syracuse; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Clifford Wicks.
Funeral services: 3 p.m. Friday Nov. 6 from the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 25 Broad St., Hamilton.
Calling hours: 2 to 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Interment in the Morley Cemetery, Morley, NY will be private.
