MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Clare Bridge Manlius, a memory care residence, has a current full-time opening. This position oversees the general operating maintenance and repair of the residence including security systems, kitchen equipment, fire and sprinkler systems, plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping and maintenance schedules on HVAC units. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma plus 1-3 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
