Police blotter: Grand larceny charged Baldwinsville Police Department investigated a grand larceny complaint that occurred at an Overbrook Lane address, where various jewelry, coins and silver were stolen with a value of approximately $61,067. On Dec. 14, Baldwinsville Police Officer C. Allen arrested Victoria L. Ujlaky, 28, of 310 Green St., Apt. No. 1 in Syracuse. The investigation revealed that Ujlaky had gone to the residence of her parents and had stolen the items over a period of several weeks. She was charged with second-degree grand larceny and arraigned before Judge T. McMahon who released her into the pre-trial release program. Baldwinsville Police blotter Criminal contempt charged On Oct. 30, Baldwinsville Police Officer C. Allen investigated a suspicious vehicle complaint on Mildred Ave. The investigation revealed that Robert J. Scoville, Jr., 20, of 352 County Route 46, Phoenix, was parking his vehicle down the road from a residence where a stay away order of protection was in place. This was done so that police would not suspect he was at that residence. Scoville was located at the residence and was placed under arrest for second-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned before Jude E. Huling and bail was set at $2,500 cash/bond. He was transported to the justice center where he was remanded and was scheduled to appear in the village of Baldwinsville Court Nov. 4.
